Fall in Love with Fall This Year!

We have many exciting events planned for you this month. See the calendar in this newsletter.

We also hope you’re off to a great start for an academically successful year. If there’s anything you need to help you succeed, let us know what we can do. Have you gotten a chance to meet your designated Community Assistant yet? If you’re not sure who your CA is, come by the office or give us a call to find out! Your CA is assigned to your zone and is here for you!

Special Highlight

  • You may place work orders through your online portal accounts, which are now open. If you have any further questions, please call the office.
  • If you need any assistance connecting your internet and/or cable, call Cox Community Care at (855) 512-8876 or visit the online support at cox.com/communitycare.
  • Keep an eye out for notices of maintenance and/or vendors who may be entering your unit. Note that all animals should be kept in a confined area of your unit or in a kennel. This is for the safety of your pet and our staff. Thank you.

Do you have a friend still looking for a home? It’s not too late to sign a lease and move in this year! Ask our office about current specials.

Pet Owners:

  • You must register any pets to your lease.
  • All pets must be on a leash when out and about.
  • No pets are allowed at the pool.
  • Please pick up after your pooch! We have pet stations with doggie bags scattered throughout the property for you. Please utilize this.

Happy October!

We hope you’ve had a good start to the semester! Everyone should be settled in by now and ready to take on the school year. October will be packed with events, so be sure to look at the events section in this newsletter.

Renewal rates and new lease rates are ready! Please stop by the front desk so we can answer any questions you have in regard to renewing your lease — we’re happy to help.

Get involved. Get ahead.
Did you know students who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits? If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team to find ways to get connected. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.

How are we doing?
Have you filled out your resident satisfaction survey yet? Please take a moment to let us know how we’re doing and get a chance to win a $1,000 or $500 gift card! Simply visit http://ratemy.community. We are always working to improve your experiences!
